Roles & Responsibilities of a 2D & 3D animator/ SCORM Developer
- Create engaging 2D & 3D animations for online learning content.
- Design motion graphics, explainer videos, and visual storytelling elements.
- Develop storyboards based on course objectives and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and instructional designers.
- Simplify complex concepts through animations, infographics, and visual effects.
- Optimize animation content for web, mobile, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Update and enhance animations based on feedback and course revisions.
- Stay current with the latest animation tools and e-learning trends.
SCORM & E-Learning Development
- Develop SCORM-compliant interactive e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent platforms.
- Convert learning materials such as PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, videos, and documents into engaging digital learning modules.
- Develop interactive activities, quizzes, assessments, simulations, knowledge checks, and scenario-based learning.
- Configure and test SCORM tracking, including learner progress, completion status, scores, bookmarking, and assessment results.
- Publish and deploy SCORM packages to LMS platforms.
- Troubleshoot SCORM, LMS integration, tracking, navigation, and compatibility issues.
Experience:
Technical background with using video editing software like
- Adobe Premiere/Adobe Audition/Final cut Pro X,
- Davinci Resolve(Basic User of Adobe after effects),
- Adobe Animate,Adobe Character Animation with minimum experience of 2 Years.

Bachelor Degree
