Thematic Paper Presentation
Present original, unpublished research to an international review panel. Accepted papers are presented live and considered for journal or proceedings publication.

Conference Proceedings will be published in Advancement in Management and Technology (Online ISSN 2982-0944), Published by Lincoln Research and Publications Limited, Australia.
Selected papers will be published in PBMEIT International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. Author guidelines are available at https://www.pbme.in/journal/c/author-guidelines.php
Exceptionally high-quality works will be recommended for potential publication in Scopus-indexed books as Book chapters provided the authors revise their work as per editorial requirements with in the stipulated time after the conference presentation is over.

Research Poster Presentation

Poster8 is an AI-assisted research communication competition. Participants present original research through an engaging, visually compelling digital poster — using AI tools responsibly for design, structuring, and data visualization, while keeping the research content original and academically authentic.
- The research presented must be original work of the participant(s).
- A maximum of three participants is permitted per poster.
- Each participant/team may submit one poster.
- The poster must conform to the prescribed A1 dimensions (594 × 841 mm).
- The poster should be submitted in PDF format within the specified deadline.
- AI tools may be used for visual design, language refinement, illustrations, data visualization, and presentation enhancement.
- Participants remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and authenticity of the research content.
- AI-generated information, references, data, or citations must be verified by the participants.
- Fabrication, manipulation, or misrepresentation of research findings is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must include a brief AI Disclosure Statement indicating how AI tools were used.
- Copyrighted images, graphics, and other materials should not be used without appropriate permission or attribution.
- The poster should be clear, readable, and visually accessible when viewed digitally.
- Presentations must adhere strictly to the allotted time.
- The decision of the Poster8 judging panel will be final.
Startup Innovation Showcase
Pitch. Innovate. Scale.
Kreat8 is an international startup and innovation showcase for start-ups, entrepreneurs, innovators, and student founders to pitch ideas, demonstrate prototypes, and present innovative products or solutions.
- Participation is open to start-ups, entrepreneurs, innovators, and student founders.
- Participants may participate individually or as a team of maximum three members.
- The idea/product/prototype must be original or legally owned/licensed by the participants.
- Both existing start-ups and early-stage/unlaunched startup ideas may participate.
- A working prototype is encouraged but not mandatory.
- Participants must deliver a 5–7-minute pitch/product demonstration.
- The pitch should be followed by a brief Q&A with the judging panel.
- Participants may use presentation slides, prototypes, demonstrations, videos, and other appropriate supporting materials.
- Participants must clearly identify the problem, innovation, target market, business model, and potential impact.
- Participants presenting an existing startup should provide accurate information on traction, customers, revenue, partnerships, or funding, wherever applicable.
- Participants seeking investment may clearly state their funding requirement and intended use of funds.
- Intellectual property rights remain with the respective participants/startups; participation does not transfer ownership to the organizers.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their exhibits, demonstrations, and IP comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Any claims relating to market size, performance, revenue, customers, or impact must be substantiated and accurate.
- AI tools may be used in developing or presenting the startup, but participants remain responsible for originality, accuracy, and legality.
- The organizers are not responsible for any commercial agreement, investment commitment, or funding decision arising from the event.
- VCs, investors, entrepreneurs, and industry experts will constitute the judging panel.
- The judging panel evaluates ventures on innovation, market potential, scalability, feasibility, business model, impact, and quality of pitch.
- The Kreat8 Best Startup/Innovation will be selected by the judging panel.
- The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
