Job Description:
- Provide technical and operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in managing daily LMS operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted services.
- Support the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of learning content, assessments, and instructional resources.
- Schedule and manage evening live sessions and virtual academic activities.
- Create and manage online courses, login credentials, and access permissions.
- Generate and analyze LMS and academic reports for administrative and academic use.
- Conduct and support live online classes, upload recorded session videos to the LMS, collect student feedback for each session, track responses, and analyze engagement data to improve learning effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Engineering degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or BCA.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in LMS support, data management, or e-learning operations.
