Job Description:
- Managing and preparing the Master PCP (Personal Contact Program) Schedule.
- Maintaining faculty and student attendance records with accurate data management.
- Coordinating and managing online platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Creating Meeting IDs, managing access, and supporting online academic sessions.
- Overseeing virtual lab operations for online learners.
- Ensuring smooth execution of all virtual academic activities.
- Collecting, organizing, and reporting student feedback via Microsoft Teams and ERP systems.
- Providing technical support for online classes and resolving platform-related issues.
- Supporting academic teams with necessary reports, documentation, and system updates.

Essential Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Minimum.
Required Skills:
