Job Description:
- Facilitating connections between students or job seekers and potential employers by organizing virtual job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities for Online learners.
- Collaborating with academic departments, faculty, and staff to promote career readiness and job search skills among online students.
- Providing career counselling, resume critiques, interview preparation, and other support services to students or job seekers. Developing and maintaining relationships with employers to identify job opportunities, internships, and other placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinating virtual campus interviews, employer information sessions, and other recruiting activities.
- Collecting and analysing data on job placement rates, employer satisfaction, and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of placement services.
- Staying informed about industry trends, labour market conditions, and changes in hiring practices to better serve students and employers.
- Collaborating with alumni relations offices, industry associations, and other stakeholders to expand job placement resources and opportunities.
- Adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in career services and recruitment.
