Qualification & Experience:
- Any Post Graduation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of French – added advantage
Job Description:
- Familiarity with basic research on the characteristics of distance learners, their needs and differences from conventional face-to-face education.
- Application of basic principles of instructional design. Deep understanding of the necessity of a learner–centered environment in online and blended learning modes.
- Ability to design constructivist learning environments. Ability to foster a sense of community among learners.
- Adaptability and flexibility with capabilities and limitations of the delivery media. Academic support to students in coordination with the Programme coordinator.
- Time management (e.g. Responding to learners in a timely manner, extensive and advanced preparation and planning.)
