Job Description:
- Facilitating connections between students or job seekers and potential employers by organizing virtual job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities for Online learners.
- Providing career counseling, resume critiques, interview preparation, and other support services to students or job seekers.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with employers to identify job opportunities, internships, and other placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinating virtual campus interviews, employer information sessions, and other recruiting activities.
- Collaborating with alumni relations offices, industry associations, and other stakeholders to expand job placement resources and opportunities.
- Adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in career services and recruitment.
Eligibility:
- Candidates with a master’s degree (or) in a related field (or) with additional certifications in career counseling, human resources, or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills are essential for building relationships with employers and students.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, job market trends, and career development strategies is highly beneficial.
