Job Description:
Familiarity with basic research on the characteristics of distance learners, their needs and differences from conventional face to face education. Application of basic principles of instructional design.
Deep understanding of the necessity of a learner centred environment in online & blended learning mode. Ability to design constructivist learning environments. Ability to foster a sense of community among learners. Adaptability and flexibility with capabilities and limitations of the delivery media.
Academic support to students in coordination with Programme Coordinator. Time Management (eg.Respond to learners in a timely manner,extensive and advanced preparation and planning.)
Eligibility:
- Any Post Graduation with a Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar job profile & good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of the French language is an added advantage.
