What is Synergy 2026?
Synergy 2026 is the flagship online business competition of the Directorate of Online Education (DODE) at SRMIST.
Students from online Management and Technology programmes compete together
Challenges are real, live business problems — not textbook case studies
Set by global industry partners actively working through these problems right now
The event runs entirely online on 26 September 2026, streamed live over Zoom and YouTube. Participate from wherever you are.
Every track is paired with two industry partners from different countries, so the challenges you work on come with a genuinely international perspective.

Browse the 5 tracks — each track has 2 industry partners (AM & PM session)
Seats are limited to 100 participants per track — availability updates live as registrations come in
Check which tracks and industry partners still have open seats before doing anything else

Read the briefs of available partners
Once you know which tracks are open, click on the available industry partner names
Each partner has a PDF brief — a short document explaining their real business challenge
Read the briefs of the partners whose tracks still have seats
Choose the one that excites you most — this is the problem your team will actually solve

Fill in the registration form
Click Register Now on the homepage
Enter your name, college, and programme (MBA / BBA / MCA / BCA / other)
Select your chosen track and industry partner
Enter all details carefully — once submitted, no changes can be made
Pay via UPI or bank transfer and upload your receipt
Double-check everything before you hit submit

You're in — check your inbox
Check your registration confirmation email — it contains your Registration ID, assigned track, and team number
Your Challenge Brief (the full problem statement from your industry partner) is attached to the email as a PDF
Your Welcome Kit (format, timeline, judging criteria, and prep guide) is also attached to the same email
A WhatsApp group link is included in the email — join it immediately for announcements and updates

What happens after you join
Once you join the WhatsApp group, wait for your Team Leader — they will add you to a separate team WhatsApp group for coordination
Go through both documents sent via email carefully — the Challenge Brief and Welcome Kit have everything you need
Start preparing your PPT — discuss ideas with your registered teammates and divide the work
Your team gets 25 minutes to present + 5 minutes Q&A with the judges — plan your content accordingly
